I think by now you are still thinking our deal is "too good to be true." If you are reading this page then you have gone through our entire website but still have a speck of doubt in your mind.
Well that is perfectly normal, although we glad to see that you are interested. There is no catch. Like I mentioned on my "home page", our aim is to get you to see how commited we are in our work and to put some trust in us with regards to the most important part of running your business.

As mentioned, we do your books for one month for free and what happens thereafter is entirely up to you. "The ball is in your court".

Here are a few answers to the questions that are crossing your mind right now:

Why get a bookkeeping service to do my books when you can do them myself or get someone to do them?
-    A bookkeeping service saves you time by doing the books for you while you concentrate on the
     physical side of running your business.
-    Because all the work is computerised and professionally filed you will spend less time when dealing
     with tax inspectors, at the same time saving your company thousands of dollars on penalties.
-    Payments and calculations of Salaries, PAYE, UIF, Leave Days, Accounts packages, Computer
     Equipments etc are avoided when you hire a professional to do your books, again saving you time and
     money.

How do I know the hourly rate charged by a bookkeeping service is the actual hours spent on my books?
-    That we belive, is one of the biggest errors that bookkeeping services are making today and because
     of that we do not charge per hour, a fixed monthly rate is determined and agreed between both parties,
     depending on the number of transactions involved and the size of your books.
-    In respect to secreterial services, each service has a price which is payable by anyone who wants to
     use our services on a "one off" basis and arrangements will be made for bookkeeping clients and large
     orders.

What happens if after one month I am happy with your services but can not afford or do not have enough work to keep them?
- That has crossed our minds and we have come to the conclusion that if you cannot afford our services, it
    is obviously because you are running a very small business or business is not going well. In that case
    you will never "not afford" our services because like I said we charge according to the number of
    transactions and if business is slow it means fewer transactions resulting in you paying us less.
-   In respect to you not having enough work for us to do, well if that was the case you would not have tried    us for one month free in the first place, and I can only suggest you close business and venture into
    something new. (Any business that does not require bookkeeping services is not worth keeping.)

Why do I need a Website?
-   A website is a lifetime advertisement. Millions of people today are surfing the web to find what they
    need. The web has made it faster, cheaper and easier for customers to shop and compare prices.
-   A website tells your customers everything there is to know about your company and your product or
    service.
-   Responses from a website are ligitimate as the client has enough time to study your services and
    decide whether or not to use you before they call your offices.
- Basically, reasons why a business needs a website are unlimited and I could fill 10 web pages
   explaining them to you, so I will stop here.
